How does this work?
RentPayDirect charges your credit card and
then pays your Landlord directly for you. Easy!
How Long does this take?
It can take up to 10 days from the time you
make your online payment until the time
the Landlord receives rent. We are not
responsible for any late fees you incur, so
please make payment in advance of your
rent due date.
Can I pay any Landlord?
We have relationships with many Landlords.
If your Landlord told you to pay here, they
are already signed up as an affiliate and you are
ready to go.
I'm a Landlord and I want my tenants to be able to pay
by credit card. What do I need to do?

Is there a fee for paying my rent online?
Yes. The fee depends on the amount
being paid, and will be calculated at the
time of checkout.
